A recent revisit revealed all the police stuff has gone, the ex-police/army landlord has gone and so apparently have the racist punters, leaving a decent GBG listed pub. Seven pulls plus a short one dispensing sterilising fluid.

Quite a handsome front, and the interior does not disappoint. The bar counter is to the left, and a second room is beyond. Three Taylor's beers on, but apparently alcohol is not served before midday. I had a pretty decent Americano for just £2.70. Un... [more>]
