This is now a high end gastro pub, where you can have a tasting menu etc. There were two handpumps with one in use handpump serving Thornbridge Astryd at £5.50 a pint. The interior is very smart and the staff were all wearing uniforms. Not my cup of ... [more>] |

This is a dining pub, in contrast to the Lamb which seemed to be more of a beer (or gin & tonic) drinkers pub. To be honest, neither were busy on the Sunday lunchtime that we were here - perhaps the fine weather had attracted the inhabitants of this ... [more>] |
