This pub re-opened in March 2024. It is still a Hall & Woodhouse pub but is very food-focused. It was very busy at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon with diners. The bar area was also full of diners meaning we had to re-arrange the furniture somewhat to get ... [more>] |

Really rather nice Hall & Woodhouse lounge and eatery. Quite a captivating interior; red walls, wainscoting, beams, stone floor, baby grand piano (apparently played daily), Audrey Hepburn prints and cushions, numerous objects d'art. As mentioned belo... [more>] |
