Decent community pub which has been saved from conversion on a couple of occasions. I noted HPA and Batham's Bitter. There may have been others but I was blinded by the Batham's - as I often am! It still remains one of my favourite ales and this was ... [more>] |

Still looks fairly traditional, but thoroughly refurbished inside with several 'Gin Palace' signs. The former lounge has been given an austere light-tiled treatment, whereas the bar has been given more of a café look. Behind this, there are a coupl... [more>] |
