A very popular pub with families out for a meal taking up most of the tables in the main room. The smaller front room was comparatively quiet. We didn't expect any real ale here, but even the Boddingtons and Tetleys smooth were off, so that left John... [more>] |

This squarish stone built pub is at the top end of Grenoside and on the main road to the M1. I was'nt hopefull of getting a decent drink in this pub so when i went in i was surprised to see four handpumps on the bar i had a drink of Abbeydale Moonsh... [more>] |
