this nice traditional pub is the last one in this lovely harbour village. not gastrofied to death like many of its kind. three standard Thwaites beers and Lancaster Bomber which was pretty rancid on this visit. barbecue was serving burgers and sausag... [more>] |

CLOSED pub and is probably the oldest building in Glasson Dock.Originally known as Pier Hall,The Grapes and then Gerrards after the family that run it for 80 years,finally was named The Caribou in 1837. In 2002 it was converted into luxury flats. |
