This may be the bar within the Grand Hotel, but it does also operate as a general pub with its own entrance open to all. The interior furniture and decoration reflects its origins, but they try to source their beers and ciders locally, e.g. my Marte... [more>]

Went for a meal rather than a beer. Very nice quality food. Super busy, but the waiting staff were friendly and in control. Not sure I would ever use the thin bar area as a pub, with diners passing through looking for the toilets, which were of the u... [more>]
