Attractive Shepherd Neame pub, down in the dip on the A228, and close to the station. The interior has been opened out and comprehensively refurbished, but there are enough different areas (including a pool table at one end) to avoid a samey feel. ... [more>] |

A large roadside pub currently owned by Shepherd and Neame. In previous years it was known as a bikers' pub; the Triumph Owners' Motor Cycle Club still meets here. Now it's a friendly town local. There is a car park at the back away from the main ... [more>] |
