I liked it as soon as I walked in, and it only got better from there. Enter the bar with quiet sport TV or the comfortable wood panelled lounge with roaring fire. All very quaint and the welcome from the landlady and other customers was very friendly... [more>] |

I only found out from the landlord on our visit, that this is a Camra listed pub of Historic Interiors, so what a good bonus. We initially popped into the main lounge on the left on our visit and walked into the fabulous oak panelled room, along with... [more>] |
