The Coalbrookdale Inn has been operating as a pub since 1834. There is a framed list on the wall, which lists all the previous landlords. The main features in here were the quarry tiles and the bar front panelling salvaged from an old church pew. The... [more>] |

The Coalbrookdale Inn is situated away from the River Severn and the tourists crowds. As such, it is more of a drinkers' pub and was just about our favourite of 10 pubs we visited in Shropshire on Sunday. The entrance is up a few steps from the road... [more>] |
