Good community pub - when I was there the local cricket team was discussing tactics and organising a raffle. Better than you might expect from previous review, esp as Wherry is one of my desert island beers. Food is good pub grub. |

The main attraction in Castle Rising is of course the 12th Century castle and a stop at the nearby Black Horse makes a decent enough contribution to the visit without leaving you with any great desire to return. The side entrance from the spaciou... [more>] |
