Sister pub to the nearby Pelt Trader, and in a more obvious corner location (although the signage is rather minimal). Various small tables with a mix of furniture around the periphery, and U-shaped counter in the middle. No cask ale available, but ... [more>]

As mentioned , one of the smaller Wetherspoons , reasonable choice of beers ,if you discount the Spoons regulars. Chatted to some local[ish] customers who said they only use the pub when waiting for a train. Interesting that there are no toilet facil... [more>]
