Newly reopened pub close by the Castle Ring hillfort on the southern edge of Cannock Chase. Slightly odd-looking arrangement of two buildings adjoined at right angles, with quite a basic bar in one and several different dining areas in the other. A... [more>] |

Found whilst walking the HOEW. Did a bit of research and found it was a hot bed of paranormal activity but I dont think Cannock Chase has a Sasquatch. Pub is an old farm house - again, modelled on "Country Dining". There were four real ales on - tw... [more>] |
