Lovely place at the top of hill; the walk here from Box is steep, but enjoyable. Traditional interior which has been modernised but fairly tastefully and feels homely. Three rooms, and the diners get a bucolic view over the Bybrook valley. Us topers ... [more>] |

The Quarrymans Arms enjoys a lovely village location overlooking a valley and rolling fields. It is now owned by Butcombe. As such, only 2 ales were on - Original & Gold, with no real cider. Service was friendly and the drinking environment is pleas... [more>] |
