Exactly what you'd expect from a Miller & Carter. No ale at all so a quick Guinness had to do. Not the biggest fan of these places but this one is in a lovely setting with great outdoor seating overlooking the reservoir. Worth a visit just for that! |

Busy, with a lively atmosphere on the Saturday of Easter weekend. There are six hand pumps with Joules Pale, Blonde and Slumbering Monk, plus a chocolate stout badged with the pub's name. The Pale had just reached the end of the barrel, so I had a ha... [more>] |
