In the heart of retirement country and the service is painfully slow. But its a popular cafe bar, neat and tidy and offering 6 real ales. Comfortable seating and the area to the front looks out over Arnside railway bridge |

More of a cafe than a pub, there is a single, split-level room. Handpulls and taps are on a wall to the left-hand side, with no actual bar. Table service is in order. So you are soon approached and seated after walking through the door. The area near... [more>] |
