This most be one of the most dog-friendly pubs in the country - all of the other customers seemed to have at least one with them. Fairly basic decor in the bar. Reasonable pint of Harveys. (NB - Review dates from May 2008.) |

Of Ninfield's two pubs, The Blacksmiths Arms seems preferable to me, with its emphasis on good ale and locally sourced food. One handpump serves up Harveys, the other 3 offer a variety of micro-brewed beers, with a Sussex bias. Meals are excellent qu... [more>] |
