As the Globe, this pub has existed here since at least the mid-19th century, but I suspect the current structure probably dates from the 1930s, a polychromatic relief of a map of the world to the parapet; as an East End boozer it closed around 2003 t... [more>]

Visited 30/09/26 No cask. Keg offering of Guinness and Pillars Pilsner plus a lager and pale ale by bottle. Far end of Columbia Road away from City end. Terrace out the front with patio style tables and chairs occupied by drinkers on my visit. If ... [more>]
