A pub that is basic on every level. A simple open plan pub with a central bar and a unique aroma. All white walls and wooden floored. 2 handpumps on the bar with only Backyard Gold on. There were friendly enough people in on this afternoon. | |

No, no and thrice no. Go somewhere, anywhere else, the rubbish bar next door even. A Brewers Fayre monstrosity with all that that entails but worse. An open plan place and rubbish. No real ale but that's the least of its problems. Bland, kids, bland,... [more>] | |

There is a sign above the door showing the name Venom. Which appears to according to facebook shows the place as a live music and club venue. I visited during the day and it just a pleasant enough pub selling Carlsberg and Tetley's at £2.00 a pint. | |
