A very nice interior with some tasteful wallpaper and bespoke rock group prints. Fairly quiet. One ale available (GK London Glory) which was terrible and had to go back to the pleasant barmaid who at least took it off and exchanged for a Guinness wit... [more>]

A single split level room with a small darts area to the back and an upstairs area closed on my visit. The walls are in a rough finish white washed plaster, the ceiling beams are black - some may be original, and it's carpeted throughout. Decorated w... [more>]

A two bar pub 1930s in style, there's a public bar with pool table to the right and a lounge to the left. Both bars have 2 hand pumps but with different beers, the local Acorn Old Moor porter was excellent. It's a good community pub.

Food led with decor and scent to match, there are two pulls one with a decent Old Mill 3 Rivers, the other spare. Nice-ish arts & crafts decor surviving in places otherwise pretty much up to date for the 1980s.
