An 18th Century High Street inn which has retained its original facade and three bars and has been abominated at the back by the addition of a large, village hall-like bar. The three small original bars have wooden floors, bow windows and low beams,... [more>]

Update as at Jul 2015: What a turn-around. Over the last year the pub has been re-vitalised as a freehouse and is now the prime choice of pub in Blandford. As at today there are 5 real ales and a selection of 30-40 ciders available. I had pints of... [more>]

A traditional looking pub in the centre of town, it claims to be the oldest pub in Tenby although they admit that this cannot be proven! It is apparently though the oldest continuously open pub, even staying open during a number of refurbishments. De... [more>]

This is a smart wine bar just off St Pauls Square. Nice vine about the place and its s good location away from the city crowds in the more relaxed St Pauls. No real ale

Rather quirky Irish bar on a busy indutrial highway to & from Birmingham. Tradition inside in a nice way, lots of ornaments and there is a pool table in the front bar. No real ale

With Tennent's lager priced at £3.60 a pint and three pubs selling it at much cheaper prices only a short walk away, it's hardly surprising that I was one of only half a dozen customers here on a Wednesday night. The bar itself is quite pleasant as h... [more>]
