Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Old Mill
Not to be confused with the nearby former pub of the same name, this little café-bar is located right beside the River Rea as the name suggests. It is attached to a garden centre that also shares the name, but it continues to operate until 22:30 each evening. The tables in the L-shaped interior are supplemented by some additional partly covered outdoor seating for the better weather. Very limited drinks selection so I went for a quick Carling (£1.75, half), the only draught offering, but some bottled beers and ciders are available from the fridge. So nothing of any real interest drinks-wise, but it had a notably good community feel I thought.
