Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about JR's Ale House
Decent micro-pub, handy for the railway, but not a lot of space in these social distancing times... However, I visited it at a reasonably quiet time, so managed to fit in a quick pint before catching my train. The front steps may also be challenging for some, but the landlord is a friendly chap so I'm sure he will do what he can to assist. Understandably in the current circumstances, only three of the five handpumps were in use, but the Skinfull (£3.00) - one of a pair of Beartown beers - caught my eye, and all worked out with a quick dash to the station.
