Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Triple Point Brewery & Bar

Brewery and tap housed in a plain modern shed, but quite nicely done inside with an open bar area and the brew-plant to one side further back behind a glass screen. Also has about as much seating again outside at wooden tables on the front yard. Alpha Bitter, Gold and Fresco on the three cask taps, with 11 craft beers in a range of styles also available from the keg taps. Although in a rather uninspiring former industrial area, it is located inside the ring road so not far from the city centre and worth the short walk if you want to try something a bit different.

A brewery tap, the brewing vessels are at the rear of the building down one side, the front and other side are fitted out with seating, mostly hipster high. At the front outside is a scaffolding and polycarbonate shelter, too chilly to use on my Saturday afternoon visit but a few hardy souls (nutters) were sat there. The punters weren’t as young and hip as I feared but the staff were. The building is typical modern industrial ie breeze block, painted brick with steel frame and corrugated steel roof. There’s four pulls for cask, a keg horseshoe and a bank of wall mounted taps; nine kegs and three casks available on my visit. A couple of casks were guests, the horseshoe seems to be for the “tank” beer they advertise. Unlike Steve’s visit in 2019 it was fairly busy, sadly sat at the next table was a US gobshite, still not sure if he was knowledgeable or not about brewing, certainly boring.

When I arrived here on what was now early Saturday evening the place was deserted, bar two other single guys on the inside tables.
The bar area on the left as you enter has an easy to understand large chalk board on the back wall above it and some young enthusiastic serving staff behind it and strangely, as the reviewer below mentions, there were a range of beers with both cask and keg versions available with the cask at 25 to 30p a pint less. I actually went for a keg beer that didn’t have a cask version in the shape of something called Twistin’ which turned out to be a hoppy easy drinking Märzen with a half at £2.10 for a 5.4% craft beer. This made it the most expensive beer of my weekend but that wasn’t an issue for me as I only had to consider what it would have cost me if I was drinking an equivalent craft beer in one of the venues in the railway arches of the Bermondsey beer mile.
I took it to some comfortable seating opposite all the shiny brew kit at the back and sat there thinking that this is a half decent brewery and tap room with decent beer and enthusiastic staff and it really deserves better patronage than it was getting. Fortunately whilst I was sitting there several large mixed groups entered so that by the time I left the outside bench seating was almost being fully utilised which was good to see.
This bar also scored for having some of the best toilets of the places visited over the two days and I always like a place that recycles kegs as urinals.
