This was my target pub in Mold. It's a proper micropub with no TV, music or spirits. It appears to be set in a part of some sort of municipal building. It's a single rectangular room with the bar at the rear and a wide pillar in the middle of the room. There were a few in on my Wednesday afternoon visit.
There were three cask ales on which were Blackjack Short & Stout, Neptune Big Sur West Coast IPA and Spitting Feathers Brainstorm. I went for the Blackjack and Neptune beers (both £3.30) which were excellent and also tried the Haverfordwest Dry Cider (£3.60) which I'd never heard of before.
It's a good micropub which I would return to if I ever found myself in Mold again.

An excellent little pub. 6 handpumps all dispensing Hafod beers on this visit due to a brewery promotion, though I was informed that the breweries are varied. Its a single room and very spartanly decorated. For the local area this is a godsend, even if it was only the one brewery beers served on this visit. Opens at 4 midweek.
