As you enter via the Kingsway entrance there's a sign pointing to the left saying "Over 18's only" so you know right away what sort of place it's going to be. It's a brand new build dining pub with a nod to trying to attract some regulars by having a pool table and big screen sports, there's also a quiz machine. Some of the wallpaper in this room has pictures of a bookshelf on it, which looks crap. The alcoves to the right in the child friendly bit all have TVs in them showing Cbeebies! There are 6 handpumps on the bar in 2 sets of 3 including 2 of the silver Greene King IPA ones. The other 2 to the right were unbadged, the 3 on the right hand side also had Abbot Ale and Old Golden Hen, although the clip was turned round on the Hen. I had a half of the Abbot at a reasonable £1.50, which was fairly well kept. It's not as bad as I was expecting, but I'm not going to become a regular anytime soon.
