Alan Winfield left this review about The Brewers Arms

The Brewers Arms is just down the road from the Blacsmiths.
Once inside the pub has an opened out room which still retains two separate areas, the right side is oblong shaped with a darts board to the rear, the left side is square shaped and the bar is in this area, there is comfy bench seating in both sides with chairs,it is carpeted throughout, there were also real fires on the go in both areas.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Doom Bar,which was a really nice drink, the other beer was Bombardier.
Background music was playing.
We thought this was a really nice pub,one to stay in for a session.
