The Sherbrook was a three storey corner pub that was situated in the east side of the meadows which escaped the wrecking balls during the mid 70s.
Once inside the pub had a few different rooms and these were fairly basic but still nice enough to sit and have a drink in.
The pub was a Bass tied house and i can remember drinking keg Worthington bitter on the few occasions that we have been in here.
This pub sadly closed down in the late 90s, it is still standing but does'nt look likely to be a pub ever again.
