Not been here before. I was on the look out for a pub Good Beer Guide blogger, carrying a toy stuffed vegetable called Colin :-)

Right at the back of KX station, up some steps and into a fairly regular fullers station pub. Air Conditioned. A Full English at £16 to give you a feel of how many banks you need to rob before attending.

Fullers ESB as good as ever - but I think Euston got the better detail with the Doric.

Fuller's pub located up some stairs near to platforms 9-11. It initially looks quite small as you enter, but you soon realise that it sprawls over several rooms. It was also quite busy on our weekday lunchtime visit, with quite a few people eating. As we approached the bar, staff were almost falling over trying to serve us.

The regular beers here are London Pride, ESB, Oliver's Island & Hophead. Instead of these, I opted for the seasonal beer, which was Red Fox.

As station pubs go, it's ok for a very swift drink. However, I'd rather venture a little further from the station for a better experience, if time permits.

Enthusiastic conversion of old station buildings with a multi-roomed layout retaining some of the original features, adding many more and sprinkled with railwayana as decoration. The bar is towards the back, past a couple of side areas and a central room, with a long room ("the waiting room") the other side overlooking the platforms. Also several meeting rooms and a large bar upstairs which opens at busy times or is available for functions. As mentioned in previous reviews, a good selection of ales from the wider Fuller's range, including Gales and Dark Star, usually with a guest which on this occasion was Adnam's Mosaic. Also as mentioned in previous reviews tends to be pricey, as does the food, however it is invariably popular, unsurprisingly with rail travellers but also just about pulls off the trick of being a destination in its own right.
