Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The French Hen
Large upmarket pub with a lounge bar on the left side of the entrance, one dining room to the right and another further back. Appearances probably deceive, however, because regular live music is also advertised, which seems at variance with the overall appearance. Also has an extensive patio and grassed beer garden at the back. Woodman Pale Ale and Butty Bach from Wye Valley, plus Enville Ale (£3.60), available from one of the pair of three-handpump banks.
