What a pub! I went in for the first time since the new people took over and what a differnce. They've turned a bad pub into something very different! A lovely atmosphere coupled with polite and friendly welcome from the all family bar staff! The pub is clean, clean toilets! The gardern was in the middle of a transformation when I was there but it looks like it will be very relaxing place to be. As a larger drinker I cant say what the real ale was like but many were drinking and it seamed to go down fine. If i had to find an problem it would be a limited option on draught but this looks like its down to the dreaded tie. With lots of activities planned over the summer i will certainly be making more visits to this truely honest local pub
