The Northumberland Arms was a large stand alone pub that had roads on three side of it.
The pub looked in a very grotty state from the outside and there were no pub signs so i had to ask inside what the name of the pub was.
Once inside the pub was even more dilapidated and it was not a very inviting place to have a drink in.
There was one real ale on the bar this was Tetley bitter and this was a decent enough drink.
This pub has now been pulled down and there is nothing on its site.
