Alan Winfield left this review about Talbot

The Talbot was a stand alone pub in the middle of the redeveloped moss side area.
This was a largish three storey pub and it still had old Chesters signs outside, once inside the pub was very basic with a couple of rooms and it seemed a very intimidating pub to have a drink in.
There were two real ales on here i had a drink of Chesters bitter and this was a decent drink the other beer was Chesters mild.
I think this pub has now been demolished as this area has had a lot of new houses and flats built.
