The pub is very similar inside, to a Whetherspoons bar. This is a Smith & Jones pub. To quote – “With over 160 Smith & Jones pubs across UK, you’re never far away from the perfect venue, whether you’re looking for a relaxing evening with friends or a place to celebrate a special occasion”. All seems correct with The Smith & Jones quote except for the very loudmouth who was talking / arguing to the barman. No fault here with the pub though. He eventually left. Drinks reasonable. There were 3 choices of ale, Hobgoblin, Deuchars & another that was about to be introduced, read the sign on the pump. Good menu choice with the dearest meal being £9.99. All in all enjoyable evening, after L.M. left at 16:30.
