David Ross left this review about The Arrol Bar
As one of several pubs located within the precincts of Glasgow Central Station, this has an inevitably transitory clientele, with few, if any regulars. Being literally fifteen seconds walk from the lower numbered platforms (say 1 to 8), it is popular with people waiting for trains. Quite pricey, even by city centre standards, at £3.60 for a pint of Guinness, but can be very busy in the evenings. It also opens early in the mornings for coffee and breakfasts and, as station bars go, is relatively luxurious.
