Well described by previous reviewers but if you want a preview, it has "Google View Inside".

We diverted off the M54 to this one when needing a place to stop for lunchtime scoff on the strength of the review below from Soup Dragon which turned out to be spot on, with the possible correction that the food menu is fortunately more pub classics than gastro fare.
Nicely located a few miles off the M54 in pleasant Shropshire countryside the Bell Inn is a period building from the early 1800’s that now functions as a family orientated roadside dining pub. The interior and very pleasant courtyard section is well described by the reviewer below so no need to repeat that.
As mentioned this is a Marstons House and the five hand pumps dotted around the bar mainly focus on Banks Bitter and Mild and then there was a summer guest beer from one of the other breweries under the Marston’s stable which came from Wychwood if I remember correctly. But we didn’t look further than the Mild which was very good. And I will also confirm that the service we received was very good and friendly throughout.
The food was also good, although the 2 for 1 menu is a bit of a con in the same way that furniture retailers double the price of a 3 piece suite just before the sale and then advertise it at 50% off.. I certainly wouldn’t pay £14.95 for what in essence was a big Haddock & chips , but as part of a 2 for 1 then this becomes a reasonable place to eat for a couple or family for four.
So in conclusion , a solid enough roadside food pub well situated between the M54 and the A5 trunk roads that I would not hesitate to utilise for a food and beer stop when in the area again.

A detached Marston's 2 for 1 pub/eatery, looking like an 18th century farmhouse, in undressed brick, with outbuildings(some in stone), conservatory, with patio and beer garden with children's play equipment.

The interior is open plan and is generally foody, with the decor of green, red, cream, purple, cream paisley patterned wallpaper and wood panel. There is a mix of Vicorian prints on the walls juxtaposed with a bit of modern sculpture and a couple of brick fireplaces as features. The service here was really friendly, the clientele a general mix, though as it was early afternoon, i think most were eating - i didn't try the food, so cant comment on that. The background music was mixed and at a decent level.

Beer; tap stuff, with Peroni and Amstel, as well as Brakspear Hooray Henley, Banks's Bitter and a decent MILD on handpull

A good example of a family gastropub that ticks many boxes to appeal universally; real ale, continental lager, play area, beer garden, a nice size so it doesnt feel soulless, good service and nice building with decent decor.
