The Raven is a large roadside pub in north Worcester.
Once inside there was one long room that ran across the front of the pub and the carvery was facing as you entered,most of the tables to the left and in the middle of the pub were laid out for diners,the area to the far right was more of a drinkers area.
The meals here are very cheap with two courses at £4.25 and three courses at £5.00,the meal was quite large as you could put as much veg on as you wanted.
There were three real ales on the bar i had a drink of Adnams bitter and this was quite a nice drink the other beers were Wadworth 6X and Banks's mild.
This is more of a family dining pub and they cater well for children with a safe outside play area and for colder weather there is a large inside play area.
The beer was decent enough and the meal was ok but this is not really a drinkers pub.

Very popular pub /carvery by reason of its cheap prices and excellant food quality.The bar area is frquented by locals who make it feel less of a restuarant and more of a pub. Couple of good ales on tap and a reasonable price on some wines.Good sized car park , pavedway, leads to a bar area all on one level. Very good access for wheelchairs and the inside is not to cluttered.
There is an indoor play area for children .Pleasant outside areas one of which is a secure play area.The interior has been newly decorated.
