~The strutt is cheap with friendly staff, who need a rocket up their backsides in the evening, service is slow. The hotel side is dire, clean but seriously 1970's room with hideous pink bathroom, shower didnt work and dial broke off in my hand.
breakfast was the tiniest excuse ive ever seen, 1 rash of bacon, 1 sausage, tablespoon of beans, 2 tinned toms to fill the plate, one egg and 2 button mushrooms with had been cut into tiney pieces and carefully arranged to fill the plate, it would have filled a side plate nicely.
Only stayed one night due to close proximity to wedding venue.
waste of money at £ 60 at night. Meal ordered was really basic and a regular customer was throwing up in the plant pot as we ate. Avoid food and sleep
