Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Victoria Inn

Traditional local in a slightly mismatched pair of buildings, one looking rather more modern than the other. However, once inside, you find a two-part bar / pool area with plain but tidy furniture and decor, with a lounge / function room in the newer side section. No real ale, and even the token (disused) handpump has now gone, so Worthington's (£2.90) it was before heading to Cradley Heath station.

This is a detached pub and Bed and Breakfast, with a front patio area. The pub is a Victorian cream rendered cottage-styled pub with bay windows, with an undressed brick extension (function room). There is a slight uneven look to the frontage with adds a quirky look.

The interior has a couple of rooms. The lounge is in fact a function room and breakfast room for those staying at the pub - this was in darkness at my visit. The front room is the bar. It is U-shaped and open plan, with the serving bar to the right on entry, at the base of the U. It is in white, wood panel and exposed brick, with a white and beam ceiling and a red carpet and red seats, with good traditional little round tables. There are a couple of fireplaces, one had a lit gasfire. There were a couple of dartboards (and several tucked behind a seat, so it seems popular here). There were a few Victoian prints on the walls and photos, with a few trophies dotted about. A couple of TVs were on, showing the footy and there was no music. The service was friendly and there were just a couple of locals in - sharing banter with the chap behind the bar.

Beer; no real ale, all keg. The real ale handpull with Banks's Bitter (which i asked for) was by-passed in favour of the keg tap - it was decent enough. Also does keg Banks's MILD.

I thought this was a decent enough place - it was just a pity that there was no real ale, still, i would return - a solid enough place for me.
