This was once a multi roomed pub but has now been opened up into one room, however it still retains some distinct areas. It’s more of a wine bar now and serves food all day and well into the evening. There’s a large conservatory and an outside canalside patio. Three handpumps on the bar, Banks’s bitter, Pedigree and Jennings Minigem when we called late afternoon on a Friday. I had a pint of the Jennings which was pretty good. The other half tells me that the red wine is OK as well. Tried to call in again on the Saturday evening but it was rammed.
