Now boarded up, unlikely to re-open. Planning permission for flats refused recently.

So-so Greene King pub. Didn't see much to get excited about, none of their guest ales or seasonals; my Abbot was OK. Pretty 'Brewers Tudor' façade but a bit grim and characterless inside despite the space available – I think all the fun got ripped out of here a few yeas back as part of a refurb. Seems to be permanently advertising for new management. Darts, quiz machine and pool table, if I remember correctly, along with Sky Sports. Not one to go out of the way for.
