Modern pub in residential area which, despite the unconventional design and modern finishings, is a lively, well-run community local. Two bars - public bar with pool, TV etc to the left and a slightly more salubrious bar to the right, with thriving food trade. A number of ales on pump - sampled Black Sheep Golden Sheep which was in good order. Cask Marque listed.
