Large, sprawling Brewers Fayre thingy and all that goes with it. Basically in 3 parts with a raised area to the left, a central bar area and a large dining area to the right. Outside beer garden with children's play area. 2 handpulls on the bar but only Doom Bore on. Set next to a retail park its not a destination pub by any means and to be honest there's no real reason to go here unless you're staying in the adjacent Premier Inn. Sterile and bland.

Slight improvement since my last visit , it now has two real ales , Doombar and Wainrights which was OK .

Large Brewers Fayre pub next door to a Premier Inn , its open plan but has a few distinct areas some raised to give it a more publike feel , lots of bare brick and pictures of old Chester add a little bit of character to an otherwise bland interior , no real ale just fizzy keg . OK for a quick pint while waiting for the bus into town
