A roadside eating house, popular for its carvery 3 days a week. There is one long room with beams and stone walls, all set out for eating, with a slightly separated area on the way in containing a dartboard, however at busy times this becomes another dining area. Draught beers were in good order, if unexceptional: Doom Bar, Tribute and Atlantic. There are some tables outside and the large car park hosts a car boot sale on Saturdays.
