Whitehaven’s only GBG’24 pub. An odd place; clearly a modern refit and well done if slightly soulless. Some kind of weird jungle music on the speakers, somewhat at odds with the clientele. Three cask, another strange one with 2x Elgoods and Muirhouse Big Bertha which was some sort of cask lager thing, in good nick if not that nice (NBSS 3.5).

Good music, and good selection of drinks, seems gay friendly
Really liked it and will visit it again - a complete difference to the ghastly venue next door
