This gastropub has a great location very close to Lydford Gorge and at the end of one of our favourite Dartmoor pub walks (see link below). The food can be somewhat on the pricey side but in life you get what you pay for and the food here is a joy.
When we stopped here, we told the staff that we were short of time and they obliged with fast, efficient and friendly service without any compromise on the food quality. One to return to and highly recommended.
