Much-extended village pub, given over almost entirely to food, which is pretty nice although not that cheap. Keeps a couple of good ales on, and in very good condition, hence listing in Good Beer Guide. Not far off M63, so useful stop for meal, but wouldn't reckon on spending a long session there, although does sometimes have entertainment and other special events.
