Steve C left this review about The Cleveland

The Cleveland is a large Holt’s pub with a public bar in the left that houses a pool table and dartboard as well as a couple of televisions for showing live sport. The bar counter on the rear wall supports standard keg and the three handpumps were all badged with Holts Bitter. The bar counter continues to the right where it faces some seating and then further right where there’s a large open plan seating area. Three more handpumps are again badged with Holts Bitter. There are more televisions in here for the football which was between matches so MTV 80s was providing some background music. This is one of the better Holts pubs in the area.

Alan Winfield left this review about The Cleveland

The Cleveland is a large suburban pub with a curved frontage that is in a decent area of crumpsall.
The pub has got entrances on two different sides and once inside there were a few different rooms,i had a drink in the lounge and this was quite large and also very comfortable.
This pub is a Joseph Holt tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Holts bitter and as usuall this was a very nice drink the other beer was Holts mild.
This pub is still up and running and well worth a visit if in the area.
