Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Unicorn
The village local with a friendly atmosphere, regular live music, pub quizzes, etc. Opened out from the former public and lounge bars, the interior layout is a bit curious but offers a good range of different tables and chairs. Fantastic old fireplace with a proper blaze going throughout the winter. Excellent Harveys (£3.80, so pricey) and Master Brew available, and normally a guest ale as well (currently Doom Bar). The food, whilst generally good, is also quite expensive and the separate restaurant area to one side is now an integral coffee shop called Abigails. Worth a visit any day.
