This is a Nicholson’s house a stone’s throw from Victoria coach and train stations. I didn’t make a note of all the ales on, but there looked to be half a dozen or so, and I had the Bread of Heaven which weighed in at £3.20 a pint. This is a pretty ordinary Nicholson’s, and not as good as most I’ve been in. I imagine they got a fair bit of passing trade from the coach station. There’s a mix of furnishing, and nothing really that makes it stand out in the crowd. I don’t think that it’s really worth bothering with unless you’re getting a coach from Victoria and need a pub a couple of minute’s walk away.

Slightly better than most Nicholson's pubs, with a modestly most adventurous choice of real ales (including an interesting Blueberry Bitter from Coach House Brewery).
